This month is also one of the busiest for us here in the residential rental industry. While most parents/guardians have spent all summer worrying about where their children will live when they go to school in September, we have been steadily preparing rental units for many of them. Last year's graduates move on and move out while we welcome a new batch of wide eyed young adults readying themselves for the 'real world'.
