Fundraising Concert = Success
Pride rings out once again within the Effort Trust family! This time in the form of a song. After a successful trip to Sicily, Italy last year, the talented daughter of one of the Effort Trust Superintendent couples has become a world caliber performer. Effort Trust has been proudly supporting this young woman for the past couple of years and is overwhelmed with joy at the level of achievements that Vasilisa Atanackovic has accomplished.
In Italy, Vasilisa sang and worked with some of Europe's leading artists and based on that, she was the only one invited to sing at the prestigious Royal Opera in Covent Garden. This summer, Vasilisa has been invited by the Berlin Opera Academy to be part of their renowned summer program where she will be singing the lead role in Puccini's 'Suor Angelica'.
On Sunday May 14, Vasilisa is hosting a fundraising concert at the Hamilton Conservatory for the Arts located at 126 James Street South in Hamilton. The show begins at 6 pm with wonderful musicians and singers in the industry to raise money for this program. We encourage you to support Vasilisa while enjoying a breathtaking performance.
