Winter Fun!
Looking for something in Hamilton to do with the family this weekend…or everyday in the winter for that matter, why not take them over to "The Waterfront Outdoor Rink"? I personally have been many times and enjoyed it every time! Not into skating? That's ok to; you can sit inside Williams Fresh Café and if you are lucky, get a seat right next to the fireplace (my favourite spot). Those who like it outside can enjoy skating or people watching on the shores of lake Ontario and for those who prefer the indoors, Williams is "now featuring: Hot Chocolate Floats, Pizzettas, Warm Apple Pie and Signature Salads". Mmmm sounds good to me!
Located at: 47 Discovery Dr. The rink is open daily starting today from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. (no sticks or pucks allowed). Skate rental concession and skate sharpening are available at certain times. Check for rink conditions at www.hamiltonwaterfront.com. All ages are free.
